ISAY‑CIC is a community‑focused organisation based in rural West Wales, created to strengthen wellbeing, confidence, and connection across local communities. Our work is rooted in the belief that people thrive when they feel informed, supported, and able to take small steps toward better health.
We are developing a series of gentle, preventative health initiatives designed to make wellbeing more accessible for people of all ages. These initiatives focus on increasing confidence, improving access to trustworthy information, and creating welcoming spaces where people can learn, connect, and feel supported in ways that suit them.
A key part of our approach is a multigenerational volunteer pathway, which offers meaningful opportunities for younger people exploring future careers, adults looking to build skills, and older residents who want to stay active and connected. This pathway helps grow local confidence, strengthens community resilience, and supports early intervention in a friendly, community‑led way.
As a newly established CIC, we are currently shaping and refining our programmes with partners, volunteers, and local communities. We will share more detailed information as our work develops and funding is confirmed.
